How payment works
Free mockup first
No payment required upfront. We design your homepage mockup for free. You only pay if you love it and want to proceed.
50% deposit to start build
Once you approve the mockup, we take a 50% deposit to begin building your full site.
50% on completion
Final 50% is due when your site is complete and ready to launch. We handle hosting and setup.
Pricing questions
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price you see is what you pay. The only ongoing cost is domain registration (around £10-15/year) and hosting if needed (we can include this or you can arrange separately).
What if I need something custom?
We're flexible. If you need features beyond the standard packages, we'll quote separately. Common requests include custom integrations, advanced e-commerce features, or bespoke functionality.
Can I upgrade later?
Absolutely. Start with Starter and upgrade to Business later. We'll credit your original payment and charge the difference.
Do you offer payment plans?
Not currently, but we're happy to work with you on the deposit/final payment split if timing is an issue.
What about monthly subscriptions?
Our websites are one-time builds, not subscriptions. You own the site. Support is pay-as-you-go (£60/hour) or we can arrange monthly plans on request.
Is hosting included?
Yes, for the first year. After that, hosting costs are typically £5-15/month depending on your needs. We handle all technical setup.
